2. Proof Requirement
- Parcel Opening Video: To be eligible for a return, you must provide a clear, unedited video recording of the parcel being opened upon delivery. The video should show the condition of the package and the product as it is being unboxed, which helps us verify any damage.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at thejewellerytribe@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include the parcel opening video, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.
- Verification: Our team will review the video evidence and assess the damage. Once verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.
4. Refund Process
- Approval and Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The amount will be credited within 4-7 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns without a valid parcel opening video or for reasons other than product damage upon arrival.
